Use of Personally Identifiable information
Use of Personal Information is for communication between users and artvast.com and for responding to inquiries. Credit card information is not stored by Artvast and is only used for processing payments and refunds as necessary through a third party processing system.
Artvast maintains a subscription or permission based email database to communicate with users and provide newsletters, marketing or promotional material and any information that may be of interest or benefit.

If you choose to purchase art online from the Artvast Gallery, Your billing name and postal address will be shared with the artist for the purpose of direct shipping.
If you choose to participate in the art forums via artvast.com, the content you post will be made public and may be linked to your name and profile. This participation is voluntary and the level of interaction you have with other forum members is at your discretion.
Use Data which does not contain personal identifiable information may be shared with third parties for analysis and demographic profiling to help improve our services.
Artvast cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. Artvast will disclose any information users provide that we believe is necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal processes to protect the property rights and Artvast or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be illegal or unethical activity.
Artvast may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets including user information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets including the event of a bankruptcy.
To completely delete all Personal Information you’ve provided to Artvast including any archived information retained for business purposes, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sensitive information such as credit card data is transferred to our third party transaction processor via SSL encryption. We do not record or store sensitive information on our servers.
We do not knowingly record or store the Personal Information of users under the age of 18. If becomes known that information has been provided to us without the consent of legal guardianship, it will be deleted from our server.
Artvast will never ask for your username, login, or credit card information through an unsecure, unsolicited email or telephone communication.
